- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. To give you some perspective - it's worse than Rogers! I've been treated like a criminal when trying to pick up a prescription slightly early (since I now live in the country, I was trying to knock out numerous errands in one trip). I have been lied to. I have had a teenager be snarky with me regarding medication. When I have been out of medication they are not helpful in the slightest, they will just tell you there is nothing they can do because it's a weekend and everything is your responsibility, despite instruction not to be off of it. Garbage. So sick of the attitude out of everyone in the pharmacy... it's unfortunate it's attached to the Shoppers. Not sure where they get off... considering Rexall opened across the street.
